What are your hours of operation?

The hours of operation are

M-F: 8am – 9pm

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

It’s recommended that you bring your equipment, but we will have some on hand if you need it.

Do you offer team or group discounts?

Are your facilities climate-controlled?

Yes

Can I bring spectators or family members?

Yes, you can bring spectators. It’s recommended not to bring more than 1 or 2 spectators with you.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is parking available.

What is your cancellation policy?

For the batting cages we require 24 hours in advance to cancel the cage. For our memberships & private coaching, we need a month in advance.

Can I wear cleats at 643 Powerhouse?

Metal cleats are not allowed inside the facility to protect our turf and equipment. We recommend wearing closed-toe athletic shoes or rubber/plastic cleats for safety and performance.
